Accommodation must be booked online when you register to be eligible for the conference rate and must be paid in full with your conference fee by ……………. October 2018.
There will be no penalty for accommodation cancellations submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org until ……………. October 2018. Cancellations received after ……………. October 2018. will incur a 100 per cent cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of accommodation booked. Failure to check in to the hotel once a reservation has been confirmed will incur a 100 per cent cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of accommodation booked.
Substitution Policy If you register and are unable to attend, substitutions from the same company are encouraged. Details must be submitted in writing to email@example.com.
