Payment Policy

Conference fees can be paid by phone, direct debit or credit card.

For direct debit payments please email your remittance advice  admin@imun.com.au

AMEX payments attract a 3.75% surcharge.

All fees must be paid in full by ……………. October 2018.

 

Accommodation Payment

Accommodation must be booked online when you register to be eligible for the conference rate and must be paid in full with your conference fee by ……………. October 2018.

Cancellations

There will be no penalty for accommodation cancellations submitted in writing to admin@imun.com.au until ……………. October 2018. Cancellations received after ……………. October 2018. will incur a 100 per cent cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of accommodation booked. Failure to check in to the hotel once a reservation has been confirmed will incur a 100 per cent cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of accommodation booked.

 

Substitution Policy If you register and are unable to attend, substitutions from the same company are encouraged. Details must be submitted in writing to admin@imun.com.au.

Registration

The registration fee covers the full conference program, lunch, morning and afternoon tea and Welcome BBQ and Gala Dinner Tickets.

To be eligible for the IMUN Financial Member rate, your organisation must be a paid up IMUN member for the 2018-19 financial year

The purpose of our collection of your personal information is to process your conference registration and to market the IMUN Conference.  You may make a request to gain access to your personal information that we have collected or to opt out of future communications by emailing admin@imun.com.au.
